Building the Command Center for Urban Infrastructure
Gostly is a spatial intelligence platform purpose-built for communities — unifying asset management, mobility, and urban tracking in one integrated system. No silos. No duplicate work. Proactive instead of reactive.
To give communities a unified command center for their spatial data — so that transportation, public works, planning, and utilities departments can stop working in silos and start making faster, better-informed decisions.
We believe that every asset, every mobility pattern, and every infrastructure change in a city deserves to be visible, trackable, and actionable.
To become the operating system for urban infrastructure — the single platform that state and municipal governments rely on to manage everything from street lights and bridges to traffic flows and satellite-detected land use changes.
We envision a future where communities shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive infrastructure stewardship, powered by real-time spatial intelligence.

Our Story
Gostly was founded by two University of Maryland alumni. Felipe De Padua spent three years embedded with state Departments of Transportation, seeing firsthand how the old/legacy software used made government solutions feel years behind. Akanksha Srivastava brought product experience from Microsoft and Walmart, with a deep focus on human-centered design for complex systems.
The problem they kept encountering was the same: transportation, public works, planning, and utilities each ran their own tools, with their own data, on their own schedules. No one had a unified view. Duplicate work was everywhere.
Gostly is their answer: a platform that works like an ERP for spatial monitoring — bringing asset management, mobility intelligence, and urban tracking into one integrated system.
